Amish Trader Country is a distributor of Amish goods and crafts located in Kinzers PA. ATC's old website required each product to be added to the website by a coder one at a time. Now any staff member at ATC can use the simple back end interface to add products and photos to the website! The website was also given a country look to better match its wonderful personality.
AmishTraderCountry.com uses OScommerce to manage over 500+ products. OSCommerce offers an easy to use system for adding products, managing existing products, and adding featured products as well current news to its homepage.
Epicor Users Group Administrative Tools
The Epicor Users Group (EUG) offers companies the opportunity to share solutions and ideas with other Epicor users. Epicorusers.org was in need of a custom database solution to manage their growing user base and content for their website.
The administration site for the EUG was designed to make managing their massive user base an after thought. It uses flash to create charts to view reports of what software and applications members are using to stay better in tune with their users base. By creating custom tools tailored to their needs, Epicor Users Group can focus more on their members needs.
Sparky & Clarks Downtown
Sparky & Clark's Downtown, located in downtown York PA, needed a great website to go along with their amazing coffee. The site features a "roast meter" to let customers know how dark each coffee is and the ability to signup for the 3 ·6·9 Coffee Club, which let users decide when to send them new batches of unique coffee.
The site was built using X-Cart with Smarty templates. Products ranged from coffee and tea to biscotti and gift baskets.
York Newspaper Company
The York Newspaper Company needed a robust system to manage their new website, The Flip Side PA. The system manages, regions, venues, user, and events for their massive database of ongoing events.
Much like entering events into your Microsoft outlook calendar, events can be set to recur in weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and any other format imaginable. Dates are then published to the main site in plain english, making each date range looks like it was entered manually.
